This cart entry is for the complete transmission crossmember assembly built in-house by Vorshlag Motorsports. This is made to be used with 5 speed Tremec TKX (or TKO) manual transmission behind an LS1 V8 in an Left Hand Drive E36 chassis.
This entry includes the fabricated transmission crossmember and polyurethane bushing. All alloy steel construction, powder coated black, with CNC flanges throughout. TIG welded construction and precise fit-up using our production welding fixture for repeatability and production accuracy.
We developed this crossmember in June of 2020 to fit the new Tremec TKX, which we were lucky enough to be testing before it was released in November 2020. We have since fit this TKX into multiple chassis.
This crossmember is built in-house in small batches, then powder coated black, and assembled with an Energy Suspensions poly trans mount bushing. We recommend using this Transmission Crossmember Kit with our E36 LS1 Motor Mount Kit for the ideal engine and transmission placement and driveline angles.

- Transmission crossmember for Tremec TKX 5-speed manual and made to be used in a LHD BMW E36 chassis
- Includes captive polyurethane Energy Suspension transmission mount bushing
- New for 2020 design to match the release of this all new Tremec TKX transmission!
- This uses an updated, captured polyurethane mount bushing for lower NVH.
NOTES: This crossmember fits the mounting holes in a Tremec GM style TKX (or TKO) 5-speed manual - not anything else. Not an automatic, not a 5th gen Camaro TR6060, not some random other box - just the two 5 speed Tremec manual transmissions we listed. This is a 5 pound shipment, with all packing materials and box included.
