This cart entry is for the custom full length headers Vorshlag Motorsports are building for use with our Right Hand Drive (RHD) BMW E36 LS swap kits. We are offering this set of headers for sale alone, but they are best used in conjunction with our Motor Mount kit and Transmission Crossmember kits. We also recommend using our low profile E36 Steering Shaft Assembly for additional clearance. These are 100% made in the USA with 304 and 316 Stainless Steel - you will not find a better made long tube header for the RHD E36 LS swap.
We painstakingly developed the prototype long tube headers for this swap using larger 1-7/8" primary tubing, then went through multiple iterations of production header testing, updates, and tweaks. After a 12 month process we ended up with a production built long tube header that fits the tight confines of the RHD E36 engine bay with a high flowing, well fitting setup that has a minimal number of bends and a proper a merge collector.
This new RHD long tube header is built with 1.875" diameter full length primaries, made with 316L Stainless Steel 1/2" thick cast flanges, CNC bent primaries & precision formed collectors. All welding on this set of headers is built on production fixtures for accurate repeatability and the best possible fit. Stainless steel weld-on O2 bungs are included. Due to chassis constraints near the collectors these need to be added just downstream of the header V-band collectors (also included) in the after-header exhaust system (not included). 
This header set can now be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We have switched to a new box size that will work with USPS and UPS shipping methods, however it is still oversized. This is a 40 pound shipment, with all packing materials and box included.
