The Vorshlag S197 Mustang LS Swap long tube headers were designed to fit the V8 and V6 2005-2014 "S197" Mustang using Vorshlag engine and transmission mounts, with a Gen III or Gen IV LS engine and a Tremec T56 Magnum XL 6 speed transmission.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee fitment if used with other drivetrain mounts or other transmissions.
These LS197 swap headers feature 1-7/8" diameter (1.875") full length primaries made in the USA using 321 Stainless Steel tubing, with cast stainless flanges, CNC bent primaries, & precision formed merge collectors. The headers are made in the USA and welded in production fixtures for accurate repeatability and the best possible fit. This design includes O2 bungs that you can weld into each 3" collector.
The headers are made to fit the V8 and V6 2005-2014 S197 chassis with a Gen III or IV LS engine, using Vorshlag engine mounts, and a Vorshlag transmission crossmember. If you want to use other mounts, you can, but you are on your own - this is not a "let's buy these and see if they fit" kind of part.
Stainless steel O2 bungs and stainless 3" V-band collector assemblies are included, along with some cheap exhaust gaskets. Better MLS style FelPro gaskets and ARP header bolts are optional.
These can be shipped via UPS Ground in an oversized box which works out to be a 35 pound shipment (by dimensions), with all packing materials and box included.
