The Vorshlag 86 LS Swap long tube headers were designed in house to work in conjunction with our engine and transmission mounts, with a Gen III ir Gen IV LS engine and a Tremec T56 Magnum XL 6 speed transmission.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee fitment if used with other drivetrain mounts or other transmissions. These are made for the LHD chassis only - there is not a RHD version.
The Vorshlag 86 LS swap headers feature 1-7/8" diameter (1.875") full length primaries made from 304 Stainless Steel, with cast stainless flanges, CNC bent primaries, & precision formed merge collectors. The headers are made in the USA and welded in production fixtures for accurate repeatability and the best possible fit. Our prototypes were made to clear the front swaybar, subframe, and chassis without modifications (beyond the small changes needed to the subframe to clear our LS engine mounts).
Stainless steel weld-on O2 bungs and stainless 3" V-band collector assemblies are included. The customer (or your shop) is responsible for welding these on, due to the unusual space constraints of the after-header exhaust system (not included). The bungs and V-band clamp components are all made from stainless steel.
These can be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, however it is an oversized box. This works out to be a 35 pound shipment (by dimensions), with all packing materials and box included.
