The Sparco EVO series is most versatile seat of the whole Sparco range, in terms of technical features and adaptability to the driver. Available in three sizes from Small (EVO) to Large (EVO II) to Extra Large (EVO II US). The EVO II US was designed and developed with extensive input from some of the most prestigious DTM and ITC championship drivers. The EVO II US retains the height and shape of the extremely popular EVO and adds in 1.5" of width.
The EVO's split base cushion offers excellent flexibility and comfort, and this pad plus the back pad can be swapped out with other options from Sparco for a personalized fit. The EVO seat features impact absorption material in important areas, self extinguishing fabric and special non slip material in critical areas. The shell is the new Ultra-light fiberglass composite shell.
Like virtually all composite, fixed mount, FIA racing seats these are side-mount seats. This means you will need to purchase side mount brackets to begin to mount these into a car. We have had good results with OMP steel short side brackets, which we have listed in this same section. Even with those we frequently modify the side brackets to get seats low enough.
Most cars don't have a flat floor to bolt the side brackets to so we usually end up making adapter "sub-brackets" for the side mounts (with flat bottoms) to bolt to, so everything lines up with the chassis floor. Sometimes we will mount the anchors for the lap and/or anti-sub brackets to this sub-bracket. If you need to adjust the seat, low profile double-locking sliders are available.
