American Racing Headers' 2011+ Ford Mustang GT 5.0L Full Length Headers with X-Pipe
Ford claims 412 HP. We say it’s considerably more! The S197 generation of 5.0L Coyote Mustangs are quick, and gain a lot of power with an ARH long tube header and X-pipe. 100% U.S. made using the finest 304 S/S, the system fits great, installs relatively easy and produces HP gains normally seen in much bigger V8’s.
Through stock mufflers and mid pipes (and no tuning) power was up 32 whp - we were blown away! After a cold air and tune we saw an increase of 45 whp.
Additional features include: 3/8” thick flanges, merge collectors with scavenger spikes, a direct fit X-pipe, your choice of no cats or 200 cell metallic substrate cats, and your choice of 1-3/4” or 1-7/8” primaries (there is a 2" primary version - but you must call us to order that one.)
Vorshlag ran the 1-7/8" primary headers with the catted X-pipe on our 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 (click here for Project Build Thread) and we highly recommend this primary sized header to our customers. We have not experienced any loss of low end power with this "larger primary" tube size and our own dyno graph showed gains throughout the power band. Custom dyno tuning helps you gain even more power with these motors, especially if you have an aftermarket intake as well.

Primary Diameter: Please pick the header primary diameter that you want. These headers are available with 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" primaries.
3" X-Pipe Catalytic Converters: Please pick whether you want your 3" diameter X-Pipe to have 200 cell metallic substrate catalytic converters or to have no catalytic converters at all.
